PAYMENT & RETURNS

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your North Trampoline purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return, please note the following return policy:

Items purchased from North Trampoline can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your shipping address. If this time is exceeded, we will be unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or provide any refunds. 

To be eligible for a return you must email us at info@northtrampoline.us for a return authorization and to obtain the return shipping address and instructions. To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

Your right to cancel an order
Should you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped a charge will be made by North Trampoline to cover both the shipping to you, the customer, and the return shipping to the warehouse. Please call or email us as soon as possible to info@northtrampoline.us if you wish to cancel your order so we can stop dispatch or advise on the cost of return shipping.  Please refer to the individual product pages for more information. If items are not in stock or on pre-order, the order is shipped when all items are available.
