Free Shipping on all trampolines.
All orders take between 5-10 working days to arrive. It is a curb-side ground level delivery service.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this to find out when your delivery will take place, you will also receive an email or text message from the couriers. A signature is required on the day of delivery
Please note we do not deliver on weekends or Federal Holidays.
Where we ship
We ship to the whole of the USA excluding the following areas: Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Military and APO/FPO addresses.
Canada
If you live in Canada we can ship to a US border collection address of your choice. Simply arrange your collection, then place your order using the collection point address.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase from North Trampoline. However, if you change your mind you can return your order in perfect, packaged condition to our Tennesee based warehouse within 30 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later.
Simply download and complete the returns form and email to info@us.northtrampoline.com. We will then arrange collection of the trampoline. Once we receive and check the returned items we will refund the purchase price, less the cost of return shipping (this could be between $300-$600 depending on which state we are collecting from, please call to obtain an accurate cost).
Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.
Your right to cancel an order
Should you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped a charge will be made by North Trampoline to cover both the shipping to you, the customer, and the return shipping to the warehouse. Please call or email us as soon as possible to info@us.northtrampoline.com if you wish to cancel your order so we can stop dispatch or advise on the cost of return shipping. Please refer to the individual product pages for more information. If items are not in stock or on pre-order, the order is shipped when all items are available.
